Product description

Is this basket safe for homes with pets and toddlers?

Yes. No glue, no sharp edges, no harsh chemicals. The cotton rope is natural and the hand‑stitching uses no harmful adhesives.
Can I machine‑wash it? Will it lose its shape?

Yes, use a cold, gentle cycle and air‑dry flat. Avoid high heat. It holds its shape well; just reshape it with your hands after drying.
It ships folded – how do I get rid of the creases?

Stuff it with towels or clothes for a day or two, or use a steam iron. The folds fade naturally. You can also flatten it again for storage.
Will cats and dogs quickly ruin this basket if they scratch and chew on it?

The product is tightly woven with strong stitching, which makes it durable enough to withstand pets' scratching and chewing under normal use.
