How many cat toys can the 9.8" x 4" basket hold? Will it be too small?

It holds 10–15 small toys, and the low rim lets cats grab toys on their own. For dog toys or blankets, we recommend the 13.8"W x 6"H or 15.7"W x 11.8"H size.
My basket arrived squashed with creases. How do I reshape it?

Slight deformation from folded shipping is normal. Just stuff it with towels or toys for 24–48 hours and it will bounce back — or steam-iron the creases on low heat for faster results. No permanent marks will remain.
My cat loves scratching — will this basket unravel? Is it safe for cats?

It's tightly woven from 100% natural cotton rope — no wire, no odor, gentle on paws and mouths. One buyer's cats used it as a scratching post for 3 years with only minor surface fuzzing, no unraveling at all.
Can my cat reach in and grab toys by itself? Does it stand upright when empty?

Yes. The 4-inch low rim lets cats dip in and pull out toys on their own. The tight weave keeps it standing even when empty, and the cat ears double as handles.
How do I clean the cat basket? Is it machine washable?

Use a lint roller or vacuum for pet hair; wipe stains with a damp cloth and mild detergent, or hand wash cold and air dry flat. Machine washing and drying are not recommended to keep its shape.
